Ordering Information:  Painters Art Gallery receives and processes orders via email only.  We do not use an online shopping cart.  When sending your orders in the BODY of your e-mail, please make it as simple as possible, NO ATTACHMENTS, my computer will not open some attachments, no color descriptions are needed.   PLEASE save your e-mail for your future reference.

Preferred Sample format is as follows:

DELICA SIZE 11     1 GRAM   #34, 45, 567, 1022, etc.   5 GRAMS #33, 45, 567, etc.     12.5 GRAMS  #33, 45, 67, 879, etc.

                                37 GRAM  #34,  45,  567, 1022, etc.,   48 GRAMS #34,  45,  567..1022.     80 GRAMS #34 and so on

DELICA SIZE 15   5 GRAMS #23, 34, 567, 768, 1033, etc.    10 GRAMS #34, 567, 678, etc.  20 GRAMS #34, etc.

Itemized price lists are not sent with your online order.  The prices are always available on my website so you can always refer back to the website if you are in doubt. 

 Multiply the website price by .8 to get  20% discount if you want to know what you will be charged before i bill you..  

If you must have an itemized receipt with your order, I will be more than happy to accommodate, but you will not get a 20% discount.  Please note:  Sometimes when I fill an order you will see a price on the package when you receive it, please understand this is an in-store customer price, and is not the price you are paying. 

Returns - Postage and Insurance fees are non-refundable. 

Please do not wait until the last minute to place your order and expect it to be delivered in 3 to 4 days.    It takes time for me to fill your orders and sometimes the post office is not perfect either ;-)

Shipping info: If I am out of stock on part of your order, or if my current price is different than what you send me, I will let you know before shipping. I only charge for the actual shipping price plus  insurance. If you do no insurance, I am not responsible for your order once shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your total including shipping costs. YES, I DO SHIP WORLDWIDE!  EXCEPT FOR ITALY, YOU HAVE TO BUY INSURANCE FOR ME TO SHIP TO ITALY.    ONLY OVERSEAS AREA WHERE PACKAGES HAVE BEEN  LOST.
